| Caravans on Site and Static Caravan Plots for Sale in North Wales |
| Ty Gwyn is well situated above the Conwy Valley in a peaceful rural setting on a working smallholding. There are excellent views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains of Snowdonia. The site is one mile from the ancient market town of Llanrwst, four miles from Betws-y-Coed and only eleven miles from the A55 and North Wales coast. This is a small, peaceful site that currently has five static caravans on site. Four new plots have recently been added to the caravan site. There are now two 6-berth caravans available for sale on the site, and two plots for your own static caravan. |

The caravan site is surrounded by fields, some of which are accessible to those staying on the site. These fields enjoy marvellous views of the surrounding countryside (see left), and one field is always available for walking well behaved dogs. Pets under control are welcome, and full domestic services are provided. The site is well located to explore the Snowdonia mountain range, or for the less ambitious, pleasant forest walks in the Gwydyr Forest Park. There are mystic lakes set high in the forest, such as Llyn Parc, Llyn Geirionydd, Llyn Crafnant and Llyn Elsi with it's magnificent views of Moel Siabod (llyn is Welsh for lake). Even closer, you can enjoy the twin falls of the Grey Mares Tail. The Forest Park is also excellent for mountain biking at all levels, including the popular 'Marin Trail'. Horse riding and quad biking are also available in the area, and the beaches of the North Wales coast and Anglesey are within easy reach. |

| The nearby market town of Llanrwst has a Leisure Centre and swimming pool. Within a short travelling distance you can reach Betws-y-Coed (4 miles), offering it's own idyllic scenery, myths, legends, shops, restaurants and forest walks. Only 16 miles north up the Conwy Valley, you will find the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, situated on the North Wales coast, with it's large beaches. Here you will find plenty of shops, a theatre, and the Great Orme to explore. There are numerous places of interest in the
area that are well worth a visit, including: Prices Caravan 1: Caravan 2: Plots: Location |
